1st We open a project file
Our
project file generally start with your first contact with us concerning
your project. General notes are taken and a formal project interview is
set up. this interview can be made in person, on the phone, on the
Internet, we can come to you or you can come in to our studio for this
interview. most folks choose to have there custom home project take
place in as comfortable an environment as is possible as these
interviews tend to be over 3 hours in length and up to 4 sessions in
duration depending on the projects complexities. Commissioned deposit
and a decision to take the project is generally made during the
first session. Than our project file can be opened and general project
notes added.
2nd Prelim drawings produced and approved
With
your direction and basic drawings, floor plans and details you provide
us during your first project meetings we then draft drawing prelims for
your approval, we provide you with two "prints" of these drawings and
we keep a set of print for our records, we meet again after these
prelims have been received, reviewed and approved or corrected by you
our client. changes and any problems are discused during these
preliminary sessions. if there are few changes made with little or no
problems we move on to the final drawing phase other wise we do a
second set of prelims and prints and then go to the final drawing
phase. Should a third set of prelims be required a second commissioned
deposit will be required to open a new project and the former project
will be closed and that project fees paid to date. once we have an
approval of either of 2 preliminary sessions for the new project for
these prelims we then move on to the final drawing Phase.
3rd Final drawing phase
During this Phase the Final Phase dimensions, math and general detailing is checked, borders and some notes added cover sheet produced then stamped as "final approved drawings" under that project number. three copies of final prints are made two provided to you we retain one copy for our records Blue and black line printing available for additional prints if required.
Note:
your
satisfaction is always our main concern however we reserve the right to
close projects based on client attitude, safety concerns, or unforeseen
conflict of interests,
