Custom hand drawn Residential and Comercial Project Drafting and design services rates include both project Package rates and by the sheet flat rates:

36"X 24" flat rate per detail sheet: *320.00

10-36" X 24" sheets or more each: *267.00

8.5" X 11" (great for scanning and sending by fax and scanning to "on-line" services ) Flat rate per sheet: *136.00

20 -8.5" X 11" sheets or more: *110.00

5 sheets at 36"X24" framing plans for single level homes only, 2500 sq. ft. or less project flat Package rate:
*1450.00
(Untill June 6th 2009 new clients only)

All projects are considered *custom one time build projects. All projects remain the property of Limelight Drafting Studios. A one time non refundable 1/3 of estimated project drafting time or 200.00 ( which ever is most) required as commissioned deposit to open a new project. free one time estimate and consultation for your project.

*Some restrictions do apply, these are "one time build" Project planning services. Contractor/Client must remite an agree upon build fee for each home Or commercial project built after the first. Basic Package drafting fees do not include Blue or black line printing cost, Bills of Materials, electrical or Havac plans.
